Objective
Your goal is to partner up and scour the second-hand market for the most interesting server/PC components. You will keep track of your parts, links, and running cost with the provided part tracker below. Each team will have the chance to present and explain their machine and the parts they picked. The winning machine will be determined via vote at the end of the workshop.
Rules
- 01.Teams of 2-3 only
- 02.You must use the provided part tracker
- 03.Second-hand market only, no new parts (Chinese markets allowed)
- 04.Everyone must vote at the end. You cannot vote for yourself
Tips
- • Don't min/max price to performance, build something interesting
- • For parts, anything goes. Think outside the box
- • There is no budget, but total cost will factor into final verdict, so stay thrifty
- • Pander to your fellow members
